The floor plan is the starting point
Move between dining room, terrace and bar without signing in. Tap a table and a four-digit PIN or NFC wristband opens only the work that belongs there.
OrquePOS · Local-first POS for hospitality
Switch on and start on the floor plan. Tap a table, identify with a PIN or NFC and carry on: order, kitchen, bill and till. Critical operations respond inside the venue; the cloud synchronises afterwards.
Early access · contracting and support through Orquesta Labs
21:07 · Full dining room
OrquePOS follows the natural order of service. What matters appears when it is needed; administration stays out of the way.
Move between dining room, terrace and bar without signing in. Tap a table and a four-digit PIN or NFC wristband opens only the work that belongs there.
Items, variants, modifiers, notes and courses reach the right station. KDS shows what arrived, what is being prepared and what can leave.
Split products, diners, equal parts or amounts. Record partial or mixed payments without rebuilding the bill or losing traceability.
One service, four gestures
The map stays open. OrquePOS asks for PIN or NFC precisely when a protected action begins.
Touch-first menu, fast search, variants, modifiers, notes, courses and diners.
Each station receives its work and keeps clear states, even within the local network.
Pre-bill, flexible splitting, mixed payments and till movements linked to the bill.
What happens behind the scenes
Order changes reach the right station and status returns to the floor without calls or missing paper tickets.
Openings, sends, splits, settlements, authorised voids and till movements remain linked and auditable.
Versioned recipes translate sold dishes into ingredient consumption and support adjustments and wastage.
Role permissions, contextual authorisation and separation by organisation and venue, including local operations.
Genuinely local-first
OrquePOS keeps the critical path on an encrypted local Edge. If Internet fails, the venue can continue serving within the limits of available hardware and payment methods; when it returns, a durable queue resumes synchronisation.
No absolute slogans: integrated payments and external services retain their provider limitations when there is no network.
Lightweight by design
The setup is designed around the venue, not a closed hardware catalogue. Orquesta Labs validates the operating system, network, peripherals and security before each station is activated.
Floor plan, orders, bill, till and local operation in a full-screen interface.
Portable ordering on the same flow and permissions, without turning the mobile device into the source of truth.
Stations, timing and states readable at a distance and connected to the venue Edge.
Print routes and wristband access are validated device by device during setup.
Spanish fiscal requirements
The fiscal core is being prepared around integrity, preservation, accessibility, readability, traceability and inalterability requirements for invoice records. Commercial release remains conditional on technical validation, applicable AEAT testing and independent fiscal review.
Read the official AEAT frameworkOrquePOS does not claim certification, approval or fiscal conformity while those gates remain open.
An Orquesta Labs product
OrquePOS does not force you to buy the rest of the ecosystem. Orquesta Labs centralises identity, venues, contracting, support and permissions; from there you can add Orquesala, OrqueTareas or OrqueTurnos when they deliver real value.

Final contracting takes place in Orquesta Labs. Before activating OrquePOS we confirm venues, stations, menu, kitchen sections, printers, network and ways of working so the first service is not an improvisation.
For restaurants that need floor plan, orders, kitchen, bills and till on a clear and contained local-first foundation.
For operations that need broader product scope, integrations or reach without changing the essential way the team serves.
Availability, contractual scope and price are confirmed only through the current Orquesta Labs catalogue.
That conversation lets us identify stations, routes, kitchen sections, payment points and network risks before proposing a setup.
After activation, floor plan, staff access, orders, KDS, bills and till are designed to work against the local Edge. Synchronisation resumes when connectivity returns. Integrated payments and external services keep their provider limitations.
No. An activated terminal opens directly on the floor plan. OrquePOS requests a four-digit PIN or NFC when someone taps a table or begins a protected action.
It may be possible when operating system, performance, network, printers and readers are compatible. Orquesta Labs validates the technical inventory before confirming a setup; universal compatibility is not promised.
No. OrquePOS operates as an independent SaaS. Orquesta Labs is the shared centre for account, contracting and support, not an obligation to buy the other products.
The core records cash, manual card, other methods and mixed payments. Integrated payments depend on the contract, provider, adapter and hardware available for each setup.
No. The fiscal core is being prepared for the Spanish SIF and VERI*FACTU framework, but independent review, current official artefacts and applicable tests remain gates before commercial release.
